and fulfills its social responsibilities by pursuing sustainable growth through the harmonious development of the company and society.
What is a Compliance Program?
A compliance program is a system designed to encourage voluntary legal compliance by the company and its employees, bridging the gap between legal regulations and employees through structured guidance.
* It refers to a series of programs in which the company exercises self-control to prevent potential illegal acts in advance, by implementing education, inspection, detection, and response measures before any violation occurs.​
Wonik Compliance Committee
The Wonik Group operates a permanent Compliance Committee, led by the holding company and participated in by its affiliates, to establish and strengthen compliance systems across the group.
The Compliance Committee holds semiannual regular meetings and monthly working-level meetings to share the status of compliance activities across affiliates, and carries out various activities to enhance compliance programs and prevent common compliance risks.​
