The Wonik Group operates a permanent Compliance Committee, led by the holding company and participated in by its affiliates, to establish and strengthen compliance systems across the group.
The Compliance Committee holds semiannual regular meetings and monthly working-level meetings to share the status of compliance activities across affiliates, and carries out various activities to enhance compliance programs and prevent common compliance risks.
